Brent Steele, Owner- Brent is originally from Oklahoma where he cheered at the University of Central Oklahoma. He graduated with a degree in Public Relations while simultaneously starting to grow his coaching and choreography career. His award winning choreography has won titles all over the United States and in Europe. Brent has spent time living and coaching in Norway and has a reputation for integrity and success.
Erin Ehlebract, Brand Manager- Erin is originally from the Chicago metro area. In 2007 she moved to Boulder, CO to attend the University of Colorado. She was a member of the all-girl cheerleading squad from 2007-2012. Erin graduated from CU with a degree in Integrative Physiology. As an athlete Erin has competed at the highest level including the Cheerleading World Championships and the NCA college national championship!
Erin is one of the most decorated coaches in the state of Colorado. Her coaching has won numerous national titles, some as prestigious as the NCA All Star Championship and the Summit National Championship.
Kallie Steele-Squillace, Billing Manager - Kallie comes to us from California! She has grown up in the cheerleading industry and brings passion for the sport and a kind heart to our company. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Psychology and is known for her ability to light up a room with her vivacious personality.

Jordan Howard, Site Director -Jordan has been in the cheer industry since 2003, 19 years. He has worked with Cheer Athletics Dallas, Peak Athletics, and Cheer Athletics Denver prior to coming to Steele! Jordan cheered at CU Boulder (SKO BUFFS)! A fun fact about Jordan is he loves all things weather! If her weren't in the cheer industry you would probably catch him chasing tornadoes in the south!
Jeremy Seiver, Gym Manager -Jeremy has been in the cheer industry since 2009! He started in high school at Crater High in Southern Oregon. Jeremy has cheered at three colleges; The University of Oregon, Trinity Valley Community College, and Weber State University. He also cheered at two all star gyms, Cheer Athletics Plano and Steele Athletics. He competed with the 2018 US national team that competed and won gold medals in Poland at the inaugural FISU World Cheerleading Championships. Jeremy was born in Hawaii, lived in 7 states, and has visited/been to 47 out of the 50 states!
Jason Figueroa, All Star Product Manager/Choreographer -Jason is thrilled to be sharing his knowledge and talent with Steele Athletics. Jason has been a member of NCA Staff for 15 years and coaching/choreographing for 13 years! Jason is a proud alum of Navarro College!
Maya Paque, Coach -Maya has been cheering for 10 years after being a competitive gymnast and skier. She started at Tigar before making her way to Steele when she was 14. Maya competed with the University of Colorado at Boulder for two seasons before returning to Steele to compete with Titanium. Maya is a Business Management major with an emphasis in Data Analytics, Information Management, and Leadership. Maya graduates from CU Boulder in Spring of 2024! Sko Buffs!
Juliana Wilson, Coach -Julianna has been cheering competitively for twelve years and has spent seven of them with Steele. She also competed for four years with Loveland High School, and is now entering her sixth year competing as a worlds athlete on Titanium. Julianna is a Biology major at the University of Colorado with a pre-med focus, and will graduate in the Spring of 2024.
Brandon Quinones, Assistant Gym Manager/Coach -Brandon has spent many years in the cheer industry. His journey began in 2016 where he competed with Montbello High School. Brandon later joined Steele and that has been his home ever since. A fun fact about Brandon is he loves to sew and style clothing!

Megan Wolf, Director of Half-Season Programs/Coach- Megan has been in the cheer industry for 15 years! She has cheered with ICE and Neuqua Valley High School. A fun fact about Megan is she studied at Oxford College in England!

Vinny Wilson, Site Director/Choreographer -Vinny holds two degrees in Musical Theatre performance and Theatre Studies with a minor in Dance from the University of Northern Colorado. Vinny cheered at his alma mater where he competed at NCA College Nationals! Vinny is known for his upbeat and positive attitude and his joy in making people laugh!
Raul Delgado, Brand Ambassador/Social Media Coordinator/Coach - Raul has been coaching cheerleading since 2010! He’s 9x NCA champion in Allstar cheerleading. He got his start in high school cheerleading where he became cheer captain and found his calling in leadership. Raul enjoys making people laugh with his TikTok’s and memes online!
Baylee Borrego, Coach - Baylee has been in the cheer industry for 10 years! Baylee has trained with some awesome programs; however, Steele will always be her favorite! In addition to all star cheer, Baylee cheered at Fossil Ridge High School for two years! A fun fact about Baylee is that she doesn't like scary movies!
Aly Howell, Assistant Gym Manager/Coach - Aly has been in the cheerleading industry for about 15 years! She started at Horsetooth Cheerleading in 2003 and ended her competitive cheerleading career at CCS in 2018. In addition to all star, she cheered at Erie High School. In 2016 she won NCA and in 2018 won Summit & CHSSA State. She started coaching at Steele in 2019 but sadly had to leave in March of 2020 due to COVID-19. Aly is going back to school to work in Sports Broadcasting!
Shannon Ropes-Mitchell, Gym Manager/Travel Coordinator/Coach- Shannon is a Colorado native who has grown up around cheerleading. She has worked all over Colorado and has coached all levels of cheerleading. Shannon brings lots of experience to the table and is known for her consistency with her teams. A fun fact about Shannon is she lived in Italy for THREE years!

Desiree Orr, Coach- Desiree been a part of the Cheerleading industry for 17 years, starting at the age of 5, and continuing growing her knowledge and love for the sport ever since. She is also a worlds athlete competing on Code Red and Titanium.
Rylee Nielson, Coach -Rylee did All-Star and high school cheerleading for a total of 7 years! She is currently in school studying health and human performance and would love to one day be a physical therapist. A fun fact about Rylee is during her time as a cheerleader, there was only one season that she wasn't a crossover on two teams!

Colorado Springs
Tana Stevens, Site Director/Coach - Tana is from Norman, Oklahoma where she cheered for the University of Oklahoma All-Girl cheer team from 2013-2017. Tana graduated OU with a degree in public relations and moved to Colorado Springs shortly after to pursue a career with Teach For America. She is also an accomplished athlete by winning 5x NCA National Championships and the 2011 Worlds Championship with Twist and Shout Obsession. Tana is thrilled and excited to bring her talent and knowledge to the Steele Family!
John Vaught, Coach- John is from Nashville, Tennessee where he worked for Cheerville Athletics. He competed in All-Star Cheerleading for 8 years at the highest level of cheer, then retired for a short time to come back to compete at the USASF Worlds on Steele Athletics Code Red for 2023 season. John was on USASF and Varsity staff for 5 years and coached over 200+ All-Star Cheerleading, School Squad Cheerleading, and Dance teams in the past 17 seasons as a coach. A fun fact about John is that he has a Border Collie named Ma'am that goes everywhere with him as long as she has her camping chair.
Illiana Corum, Coach-Illiana has been cheering since she was six years old. She recently graduated from Palmer Ridge High School after cheering for three years. Cheerleading has been a huge part of Illiana's life, she loves the passion and excitement of it. Illiana enjoys working and spending time with her family in her free time.
Demi Germanakos, Coach -Demi comes to us from Long Island, New York, where she was a nationally ranked level 10 gymnast. After high school, Demi accepted a Division I Scholarship to Quinnipiac University, competing for their Acrobatics and Tumbling Program. Following her time as a student athlete, Demi went on to become an Assistant Coach for the program, specializing in the improvement of team tumbling and tosses. Outside of the gym, Demi teaches High School Psychology, honing in on her passion for mentoring young people throughout Colorado Springs.
Terrall Quigley, Gym Manager -Terrall has been in the cheerleading industry since 2007! Some of his previous programs and teams include: The Portland Trailblazer Stunt Team, New Mexico State University, and Steele Athletics Slate! Terrall has been to Japan NINE times and wants to move there some day!

Destiny Dixon, Assistant Gym Manager/Coach - Destiny has been at Steele Athletics for THREE years and wouldn't change it for the world! Destiny cheered at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and grew up in Tennessee! Destiny loves to sing and paint. She has an Australian Shepherd named Huckleberry that she absolutely adores!
Abbee Newman, Coach- Abbee has been in the cheer industry for 12 years now. Abbee started cheer when she was 5 years old in All-Star! Additionally, Abbee served 3 years as a Varsity High School cheerleader. She hopes to continue cheer in college! Abbee enjoys coaching classes and is excited to coach prep teams this season!
Lauren La Rose, Coach- Lauren is from Orange County, California. She grew up dancing competitively throughout her youth until she found her love for All-star cheer and has been doing it ever since. She’s been with Steele for 4 years and considers the gym her second home. She coaches multiple levels of tumbling as well as cheer leading classes and our amazing Prep teams! Outside of cheer she enjoys adventures with her husband and two dogs.

New Mexico
Chris Ethridge, Site Director - Chris is from Louisville, Kentucky. He was formerly a 6 time member of the United States National Coed Cheerleading Team winning 4 ICU World Championships and one FISU Championship. His collegiate cheerleading career consisted of the University of Louisville, the University of Alabama, and New Mexico State University. Additionally, he competed and won 2 World Championships in the IOC7 Division for Gymtyme Chrome! He also coached his team (Rust) to a IOC4 world championship. Chris is also a 7 year veteran for NCA Collegiate Staff. He is known for his great partner stunting skills and his attention to detail!
Diego Hernandez, Gym Manager/Coach- Diego is originally from Hobbs, New Mexico where his cheerleading career started his sophomore year in high school. After high school he started studying at New Mexico State University. His major is Early Childhood Education and he even cheered at NMSU on the Large Coed Team! Diego is known for his kind personality and great cheerleading knowledge!
Brianna Lopez, Assistant Gym Manager/Coach-Brianna is from Las Cruces, New Mexico. She has cheered for 10 years Brianna’s collegiate cheerleading career consisted of 3 years at New Mexico State University while studying for her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology for Exercise Science, where she plans to become a Physical Therapist. Brianna continues her cheerleading journey at Steele Athletics with International Open Coed 4 Rust and International Open Coed Level 7 Slate. Brianna loves to inspire and shares her passion for cheerleading while helping other athletes fall in love with the sport the same way she did.
Josiah Hernandez, Coach- Josiah is from Hobbs, NM. He has been cheering since 2015 when he started his cheerleading career in high school. Josiah is now at Steele Athletics where he has been on Slate (IOC7) and Rust (IOC4). Josiah is also a 2023 All-Star World Champion. He has been coaching at Steele since 2021 and his favorite part of the job is being able to see kids fall in love with cheerleading and make friends that they will have for the rest of their lives.
Lyla Islas, Director of Apparel/Coach- Lyla is from Tucson, Arizona. Her athletic career began as a competitive gymnast for 13 years, reaching level 10! Following that, she cheered for four years in high school, four years in college, and two seasons of all-star. She is an alumni of the United States National Coed Cheerleading team and won the ICU World Cheerleading Championship in 2019. Lyla was a combined 6 year veteran of both NCA/UCA masters and collegiate staff. She is also recently an All Star Worlds winning coach for IOC4 Rust!
Mason Whitlock, Director of Technical Support/ Coach- Mason is originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico where he started his cheer career in high school at Organ Mountain High School, winning a high school state championship. Mason is also a 5-year veteran of UCA staff, holding a head instructor position. Mason currently attends New Mexico State University where he cheered for 4 years. A fun fact about Mason is he is currently the university's mascot, Pistol Pete!
Roman Sandoval, Coach- Roman is originally from Merced, California. He has been a part of Steele Athletics as a staff member and Athlete for 3 years. He is an alumni of New Mexico State University Cheer where he cheered for 5 years. He is studying at New Mexico State University for his Bachelors in Science, Nursing. A fun fact about Roman, he played football for 12 years before cheering and he is ambidextrous.
Ariana Saiz, Coach- Ariana has been in the industry for 3 years with Steele Athletics and New Mexico State University! Prior to becoming a cheerleader, Ariana was a gymnast for 10 years! Ariana currently cheers for New Mexico State University.

Emma Kehne, Assistant Gym Manager/Coach- Emma has been cheering since 2009. As an athlete, she has won the Arkansas State Championship, NCA Nationals, and WASF Worlds as part of Steele Athletics Shrapnel. She will be graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2024 with a degree in physical education and coaching. Emma started teaching recreation classes at 14 years old. She loves to share her passion for cheer and tumbling with young athletes. A fun fact about Emma is that she loves to bake and decorate cakes.

Natalie Abram, Coach- Natalie is from China but was adopted and grew up in Fayetteville, AR. She started her career as a competitive gymnast for 13 years. She then switched routes and cheered for 8 years for Fayetteville High School School and the University of Arkansas. A fun fact about Natalie is she can quote the entire SpongeBob Squarepants movie!
Luke Workman, Coach- Luke is from Fort Smith, AR and has 8 years of coaching experience. He cheered at Arkansas Cheer Academy for six years and at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith for 3. Luke is passionate about cheerleading and creating great people! A fun fact about Luke is he loves cooking and baking.

Kolby Bowman, Coach- Kolby is from Springdale, Arkansas. He is currently a senior and alumni cheerleader at the University of Arkansas majoring in Hospitality Management with a minor in Event Management. Kolby has been cheering since 10th grade and found a passion in cheerleading and coaching throughout high school as his coed stunting skills excelled. Throughout his journey with Steele and Arkansas Cheer, he has learned not only how to be a better teacher and learner, but how to be a better human overall while connecting with others!
Quincy Williams, Assistant Gym Manager/Coach -Quincy has been a part of the cheer industry for 8 years! He also cheered for the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith where he won a College National Championship. Quincy is know for his fun energy and attention to detail. A fun fact about Quincy is he loves hot Cheetos and sour Skittles
